Not only is she knowledgeable about Sales which is her speciality, but she also knows so much about Rental Sector and how effective an owner can build a proper relationship with their tenant even if they are managing their property for themselves which in a long run creates a revenue for themselves whilst the home need is satisfied with the tenant.

Ashley Habib is an excellent facilitator, I could not have been successful without Ashley's guidance from the beginning until the end. The Team were contracted by the Shareholders of our organization for a 2nd time to assist with the formation of a Business Plan including Policy & Procedure Manual, Restructuring of the Management and the appointment and training of staff (estate agents). They fulfilled their brief in a highly and efficient manner.

She is extremely patient with her students, has in my opinion extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the Real Estate field.
