Ashley has wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate Industry. She knows a lot about the Standards of the EAAB. Their role in the industry, and the impact it makes to Real Estate Agents in doing their deals and dealing with the public at large. Not only is she knowledgeable about Sales which is her speciality, but she also knows so much about Rental Sector and how effective an owner can build a proper relationship with their tenant even if they are managing their property for themselves which in a long run creates a revenue for themselves whilst the home need is satisfied with the tenant.

Ashley has been Amazing. Her patience, concern and passion to see others succeed is unbelievable. I would recommend her to anybody that requires that personal touch as well as attention to detail. She strives to see others excel. Her after service is also impeccable.

Ashley Habib is an excellent facilitator, I could not have been successful without Ashley's guidance from the beginning until the end. Ashley is very passionate about what she teaches and makes the class so much fun. We felt like a close nit family during her sessions. She always made sure that everyone was on the same page. Ashley would be an extraordinary ambassador to all her students. There is not a day or time that I felt left out or behind. Should I study again no matter what field I go into I would love to have a facilitator just as enthusiastic, awesome and passionate as Ashley is.

The Team were contracted by the Shareholders of our organization for a 2nd time to assist with the formation of a Business Plan including Policy & Procedure Manual, Restructuring of the Management and the appointment and training of staff (estate agents). They fulfilled their brief in a highly and efficient manner.

I can honestly say that it was a huge pleasure to do training with Ashley. She is extremely patient with her students, has in my opinion extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the Real Estate field. She was always available outside of training sessions to assist with queries, suggestions and explanations and I would definitely consider her a Customer Service Ambassador to her students. Ashley incorporated real life events into her teaching, always made us feel comfortable and made classes both educational and enjoyable. Her sense of humour and warmth made learning such a pleasure. I always felt acknowledged, appreciated and was never hesitant to ask a question. If I have the opportunity to do my NQF5, I would not choose anyone else.

What was supposed to have been 3 X 1.5 hour sessions became at least 5 sessions, merely because of Ashley’s persistence in pushing me to find answers to questions that I was not comfortable with, at no additional charge. Thank you Ashley. This result is as much yours as mine!
